Our commitment to employee advancement is fully evident in the investments we’ve made,
including a dedicated training staff, dedicated training rooms, certification programs
and one-on-one training opportunities. Through continuous employee development and
new employee assimilation programs, we are able to scale our dedicated teams to meet
client needs.
We offer employees approximately 175 instructor-led classes and 250 topics for one-on-one
training sessions with team leaders. New hire training consists of 80 hours of classroom
training and 180 hours of one-on-one training. ServiceLink has developed specific leadership
training programs based on established core competencies for emergent managers, account
executives and team leaders. We provide up to 48 hours of training to give these middle managers
tools to evaluate and respond to managerial issues.
