Jeff Coury
President and CEO
Mr. Coury is the President and Chief Executive Officer of ServiceLink and is responsible for the overall performance of the organization. Jeff was instrumental in the growth of ServiceLink, having served as a consultant to the company when it was founded in 1997, and then joining the company as Chief Executive Officer in 2002. Following the sale of ServiceLink to Fidelity National Financial, Inc. in August, 2005, Jeff has fostered significant growth of the company with a combined strategy of focused customer expansion and targeted acquisitions.

Prior to joining ServiceLink, Jeff was a principal partner with Coury Consulting LP, a Pittsburgh based management consulting firm. Jeff has performed numerous consultations across a variety of industries as well as served in many financial advisory positions. Jeff earned his B.A. in Business Economics and Finance from Duquesne University. He and his wife Christine reside in Pittsburgh, PA along with their six children.

Chris Azur
Executive Vice President
Division President – Origination Services
Mr. Azur is responsible for appraisal, title and closing services operations, including the establishment of captive settlement services subsidiaries, in all 50 states. He also leads the company’s Vision Global Solutions technology group. Prior to the acquisition of ATM Corporation of America by ServiceLink in 2007, Mr. Azur had 14 years successful management experience with the nation’s leading settlement services provider, ATM Corporation of America. He started the company in 1993 with 34 core employees, and grew it to include 100 technical employees in Vision Global Solutions and 500 employees in ATM Corporation while developing/leading all of the functional departments through ATM.
Mark Braden
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
ServiceLink, FNF's National Lendor Platform
Mr. Braden is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of ServiceLink and is responsible for providing expert counsel and guidance to senior management on information technology and its impact across the organization. He currently oversees all technology-related activities including: IT Governance, Infrastructure, Systems and Application Support, Applications Development and Architecture, and Business Analysis. Mark also works directly with ServiceLink’s management team in developing short-term and long-term information technology vision and strategic plans.

Mark brings to ServiceLink a wealth of experience in information systems and the mortgage industry. His emphasis on empowering business users to have access to and own their information while simultaneously ensuring effective alignment with the company’s direction, has led to long-term successes throughout the span of his career. Mark’s 25-year portfolio includes Senior Vice President/Chief Information Officer positions with Sierra Pacific Mortgage in California and the Irwin Mortgage Corporation in Indiana. Mark has served as Chairman of the National MBA Technology Committee, was an MBA Board of Directors Technology Member, and frequently speaks at MBA conferences.

Penny Pilafas
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
ServiceLink, FNF's National Lendor Platform
Ms. Pilafas is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ServiceLink. She is responsible for strategic planning and execution, recruitment and retention, policy development, HR technology, training programs, diversity initiatives, regulatory compliance, and overall development of a world-class organization from a human capital perspective. Prior to ServiceLink, Penny spent nine years as the Vice President of Human Resources for Pitt Ohio Express, a $300M transportation company. While at Pitt Ohio, she earned the 2009 Excellence in Human Resource Management Award presented by the American Trucking Association. The prestigious award is for success in implementing and supporting far-reaching benefits, compensation, incentive, and training programs that promote diversity, employee pride, and excellence.

Penny has a BA in Human Development from Ohio Wesleyan University and is designated Senior Professional Human Resources SPHR) by the Society for Human Resources Management. Active in the community, Penny, a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh, is a Leadership Mentor through the University of Pittsburgh Leadership and Learning Community, a former member of the Girl Scouts Trillium Council Board of Directors, former International President of AICI, member of the AICI Board of Directors, and Greek Orthodox Church volunteer. Penny has been appointed by the Governor of Pennsylvania to sit on the Board of the task force for Crime & Delinquency for the State of Pennsylvania.

Paul Barbato
General Counsel
Fidelity National Financial
Mr. Barbato is General Counsel of the ServiceLink division of the Fidelity National Title Group title insurers and Senior Underwriting Counsel with FNTG. He is a member of The Florida Bar and a graduate of Florida State University College of Law. Paul has worked as in-house counsel in the title insurance industry since 1985 serving in various roles including regional claims counsel, state underwriting counsel, commercial underwriting counsel in Chicago Title’s Atlanta National Business Unit and General Counsel of the ServiceLink division since 2006. Paul is a frequent lecturer on title insurance issues and has been active in various trade associations.
