Chris Azur is President of ServiceLink, the national lender platform of Fidelity National
Financial (NYSE: FNF), where he is responsible for the overall performance of the organization.
Mr. Azur has been instrumental in ServiceLink’s growth and positioning as a leader in the
mortgage services industry. With his focus on customer expansion and product innovation, Chris
has established a strong foundation on which ServiceLink continues to build.
Prior to being appointed President, Mr. Azur served as the Executive Vice President and COO of
ServiceLink for the last 4 years with responsibilities that include the valuations, title and
closing operations in both the Loan Origination as well as Default Services markets. Prior to
joining ServiceLink, Chris served as EVP and COO of ATM Corporation since its establishment in 1993.
Mr. Azur holds an MBA degree with dual concentrations in business administration and international
business from Duquesne University, and a BA degree in administration of justice from the University
of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Braden is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of ServiceLink and is
responsible for providing expert counsel and guidance to senior management on information
technology and its impact across the organization. He currently oversees all technology-related
activities including: IT Governance, Infrastructure, Systems and Application Support,
Applications Development and Architecture, and Business Analysis. Mark also works directly with
ServiceLink’s management team in developing short-term and long-term information technology
vision and strategic plans.
Mark brings to ServiceLink a wealth of experience in information
systems and the mortgage industry. His emphasis on empowering business users to have access
to and own their information while simultaneously ensuring effective alignment with the
company’s direction, has led to long-term successes throughout the span of his career.
Mark’s 25-year portfolio includes Senior Vice President/Chief Information Officer positions
with Sierra Pacific Mortgage in California and the Irwin Mortgage Corporation in Indiana.
Mark has served as Chairman of the National MBA Technology Committee, was an MBA Board of
Directors Technology Member, and frequently speaks at MBA conferences.

Vicki VannBerstein is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Administration
for ServiceLink. Vicki is responsible for the management and oversight of all Administration
including Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Human Resources and Facilities.
Vicki has extensive experience in financial analysis supporting acquisitions, productivity and
metrics tracking, pricing and vendor negotiations, and capital investments/new product launches and
in advancing finance teams. Vicki’s focus has always been on providing the financial information
businesses need to make great decisions and succeed financially.
Prior to joining ServiceLink, Vicki served as Chief Financial Officer for Payment Systems for
Credit Unions, Incorporated, a company which offers a diverse suite of financial products and
services including credit and debit cards, ecommerce, bill payment, home and mobile banking, prepaid
cards, risk management and contact center outsourcing services. Prior to that, Vicki was North American
CFO for Ingram Micro, the largest distributor of computer hardware and software in the US, and VP
Finance and Controller for divisions of Campbell Soup, Pepsi/Tropicana, and Kraft General Foods.

Ms. Mercadante is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ServiceLink. She is responsible for
strategic planning and execution, recruitment and retention, policy development, HR technology,
training programs, diversity initiatives, regulatory compliance, and overall development of a
world-class organization from a human capital perspective. Prior to ServiceLink, Penny spent
nine years as the Vice President of Human Resources for Pitt Ohio Express, a $300M
transportation company. While at Pitt Ohio, she earned the 2009 Excellence in Human Resource
Management Award presented by the American Trucking Association. The prestigious award is for
success in implementing and supporting far-reaching benefits, compensation, incentive, and
training programs that promote diversity, employee pride, and excellence.
Penny has a BA in Human Development from Ohio Wesleyan University and is designated Senior
Professional Human Resources SPHR) by the Society for Human Resources Management. Active in
the community, Penny, a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh, is a Leadership Mentor through the
University of Pittsburgh Leadership and Learning Community, a former member of the Girl Scouts
Trillium Council Board of Directors, former International President of AICI, member of the AICI
Board of Directors, and Greek Orthodox Church volunteer. Penny has been appointed by the
Governor of Pennsylvania to sit on the Board of the task force for Crime & Delinquency for the
State of Pennsylvania.

Don Blanchard is General Counsel of the ServiceLink division of Fidelity National Financial. Mr.
Blanchard has extensive experience in corporate, contract and real estate law where he has served
as Senior Counsel to three national settlement service operations over the past 14 years.
Prior to joining ServiceLink, Don served as Deputy General Counsel for Lender Processing Services,
Inc. (LPS), where he focused on compliance, regulatory and government affairs. Before LPS, Don served
as General Counsel at Landsafe, Inc., the settlement service affiliate of Countrywide Home Loans.
Don also served as General Counsel at LSI in Pittsburgh, where he was a member of the executive
management group. Through his years of experience, Don has become an expert in the development and
operation of national service platforms and the substantive laws that control the appraisal, credit,
flood, title, default and closing products that they deliver to regional and national lenders and servicers.
Prior to entering the mortgage services industry, Don served as the General Counsel of a mid-sized
commercial bank in Connecticut. He was also a Section Chief at the FDIC, where he litigated and managed
large asset resolutions for failed banks. Don began his legal career as a real estate lawyer in private
practice, closing hundreds of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Don has served as the
President of TAVMA, a vendor management trade association, and is a member of the Legal Steering Committee
of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
