The Exterior Broker Price Opinion is completed on
ServiceLink’s proprietary BPO form by a licensed
Broker or real estate professional.
The Broker completes an exterior only inspection
from the street paying particular attention to
any exterior deferred maintenance.
The Broker will be discreet so as to not
draw attention to the BPO being performed.
The Exterior BPO includes an exterior photo of the
subject property, address verification and any
deferred maintenance visible from the street.
MLS photos of all comparables and/or listings are
included.

The Interior Broker Price Opinion is completed on
ServiceLink’s proprietary BPO form by a licensed
Broker or real estate professional.
The Broker completes an interior and exterior
inspection of the property paying particular
attention to any deferred maintenance associated
with the property as well as the condition of
the neighborhood. The Interior BPO includes
interior and exterior photos of the subject
property as well as any deferred maintenance.
MLS photos of all comparables and/or listings
are also included.
