Web Based Signing
iCloseSM is our web-based closing solution that streamlines the closing process, giving borrowers the ability to execute documents virtually anywhere and at any time. With iCloseSM, we can collaborate with borrowers in a secure virtual office to review and execute loan documents. As a borrower, only one document is signed throughout the entire process and ServiceLink is able to execute the loan documents on behalf of the borrower.

Through the use of our web video technology and our expert internal closing agents, iCloseSM provides an improved signing experience for your borrower. Our virtual closing room provides visual interaction, through video technology, with our closing agent in real time, allowing the borrower to experience face-to-face interaction through our electronic platform.

Third Party Participation
Our advanced iCloseSM platform allows up to 5 approved third parties to participate in the closing. Should the borrower want an attorney or family member to join in the closing, they would simply be added as an approved party, authenticate their identity and join the closing to review the documents, ask questions, or provide advice to the borrower. A lender can also participate in the closing should the borrowers have questions specific to the terms of their loan.
Geographic Coverage
iCloseSM is available in 50 states and the District of Columbia for first mortgage refinance loans and 49 states and the District of Columbia for home equity loans. Texas is limited to refinance transactions only due to Texas law limiting locations at which a home equity loan may be closed. Attorney participation may be required in Delaware, Georgia, Massachusetts, South Carolina and West Virginia.
