 iCloseSM is our web-based closing solution that streamlines the closing process, giving borrowers the ability to execute documents virtually anywhere and at any time. With iCloseSM, we can collaborate with borrowers in a secure virtual office to review and execute loan documents. As a borrower, only one document is signed through the entire process and ServiceLink is able to execute the loan documents on behalf of the borrower.
 
SmartConneXion
 SmartConneXionSM is our analytics engine and integration platform through which products decisions are completed using workflow and rules-based technology. This platform is designed to provide decisions that streamline and compliment the current ServiceLink products. Utilizing an aggregation of internal and external data, SmartConneXionSM defines transactions that will follow our accelerated title, title curative, and closing processes.

 VisionSaleSM is ServiceLink’s platform to manage the Short Sale transaction. VisionSaleSM is an On Demand application that is delivered through a web browser. The application is built on a modern Services Oriented Architecture (SOA). VisionSaleSM integrates all the stakeholders in a common workspace and platform including the investor, mortgage insurance company, mortgage lender/servicer, asset management company, and realtor.
